If your are having trouble accessing your modules, please complete the following troubleshooting steps. Most issues are temporary, and easily resolved with the steps below:
🌀 Log out of the program and back in again, using your login information (contained in your Module 1 welcome email)
🌀 Clear your browser cache (and test in another browser, in case it is a browser specific issues)
🌀 Restart your device (you also may want to be sure your OS is up to date, especially if you are using Apple products and/or the Safari browser)
