:: Brainstorm a Daily Practice
Write down what you want to feel in your daily life. Get to know your healed-self. Be really specific about how the healed version of you feels.
Example: I feel calm and at ease in my body.
Think about what activities you could do to help you focus on the above-mentioned feelings and enable you to start this as a practice in your daily life.
Example: I could practice feeling calm and at ease in my body scans throughout the day. And I could clear my calendar and create more space between commitments so that I don’t need to rush when I do things. I could pause during these breaks. I feel calm and at ease just knowing that I have plenty of time each day to do the things I need to do.
