May you meet yourself with softness and the gentlest gaze, viewing every aspect of yourself with respect and capacity to hold.
May you see, hear and feel that every thought, every sensation and every moment is complete and part of the whole.
There is nothing to get rid of, nothing to change and nothing to learn anymore.
My wish for every one of you is that you relax into this knowing and feel it deeply in your soul.
